Simultaneously sweet and seductive, the BOW has always been one of my favorite shapes to play with…it begs to be untied simply by existing, the tension in the knot that forms its iconic shape shamelessly flirting with any force that graces its loose ends. Anticipation crescendos as the ends are pulled, loops swallowed into the knot until its form is released along with that which it bounds…is it not impossible to want to untie any bow we encounter, its integrity challenged by our insatiable curiosity?

Bows have appeared and reappeared in THE ORDER’s offerings, binding bralettes and gifts, necklines and wrists…so I of course couldn’t resist finding a way to incorporate them into the tablescape. This iteration makes a cheeky little napkin ring, taper candle decoration or ponytail accoutrement…and it can’t be untied, which only perpetuates the tension.

On the back of each BOW is an elastic fastener, its diameter easily adjustable to accommodate whichever purpose you choose.
